During the conference, there will be two social activites, focused in providing spacies of networking and social interaction among attendees, authors, guest speakers and academics who are present in the conference. We hope these spaces provide indeed fruitful relationships and contacts to drive to future projects and collaboration initiatives
Welcome Reception Cocktail: It will be held in the Hotel Dann Monasterio, at the end of the first day of the conference, Wednesday, August 13, between 18:00h and 20:00h
Gala Dinner: It will be held in the Don Hidalgo Restaurant. There will be transportation service from the hotel to the restaurant, and from the resturant back to the hotel. The dinner will happen on Thursday, August 14, between 20:00h and 22:00h. Further details on the organization and transportation will be timely informed.
