COLCOM 2025 will include poster sessions to provide a venue for researchers, young professionals, students in general to exchange ideas, and share recent results, work in progress, and experiences in different topics in communications and computing. COLCOM 2025 poster track covers all aspects of the communications and computing topics listed in the main track call for papers (https://2025.ieee-colcom.org/call-for-papers/).
Posters are solicited for any of the research topics relevant to COLCOM and can be any (but not limited to) of the following:
* Upcoming research challenges, future directions, and works in progress;
* Preliminary results of novel ideas;
* Research questions and solution ideas as part of PhD. and MSc.thesis;
* Academic and industry collaboration initiatives.
Submission and Selection Process
Posters shall be of A1 size (portrait) and must be written in English. The digital version should be uploaded in PDF format on EasyChair while selecting the “Posters” track during the submission. Submitted posters will undergo a thorough review process carried out by the poster co-chairs and selected members of the TPC of COLCOM 2025. Key selection criteria will be clarity, relevance, timeliness, novelty and originality.
Accepted posters
Authors of accepted posters are expected to design and print their posters prior to the conference. A two page paper (Extended abstract) formatted according to the IEEE Communications Society Press proceedings style guide will be included in the local conference proceedings (These papers shall not be published in IEEExplore). Accepted posters will be displayed during the conference days, and all attendees will have the opportunity to talk to the authors at different slots of the event. At least one of the poster authors is required to register, attend in person and exhibit the poster at the conference. A poll will be organized during the conference. The most voted-for poster will be announced at the end of the conference.
